We focus to work on the following points

  1. Maintenance Agency - Revisit contract with ‘service contractors & vendors’ to ensure strict performance guidelines
  2. Transparency – Implement professional work practices & ensure absolute transparency of SLRWA functioning
  3. Water Supply - Ensure sufficient water supply throughout the year by MCG, for every resident. Work with MCG & Jal Board for augmenting and renovation our water lines
  4. Traffic - Reduce number of entry & exits to improve security. Minimize external traffic into our colony with the help of Traffic Police. Regulate bus routes inside colony.
  5. Security - Installing CCTV cameras & flood lights on all gates. Start a security helpline number. Police verification & photo ID cards for every vendor/maid/maali etc along with guidelines to operate in colony.
  6. Emergency Services – Tie up with bodies & Maintain a community emergency numbers list
  7. Community Activities - Complete revamp of community center and ensure it is put to effective use for residents/children. Promote more Cultural/ social activities.
  8. Financial Aid - Try to get all the benefits of MCG/HUDA/GMDA schemes for the society. Identify & implement new revenue streams for SLRWA.
  9. Garbage Management - Improve garbage disposal system with the help of MCG & set up composting units
  10. Construction - Strict guidelines for construction sites & penalties if non adherence is observed.
  11. Environment - Effective rainwater harvesting system to maintain water table. Work towards reduction of all pollution.
  12. Roads – Ensure proper maintenance of roads and service lanes in coordination with MCG
  13. Horticulture - Beautify & Maintain all parks & triangle gardens. Pruning of Trees on regular basis for the safety of residents. Plant more trees in the colony
  14. Electricity - Work with DHBVN for more transformers to reduce outages. Improve street lighting
  15. Sewerage - Work with MCG for clearance of Colony’s sewers on regular basis
  16. Communications - Develop and maintain an electronic platform to connect with all residents and easy dissipation of all bills, information, news, offers & updates.
  17. SLRWA Memberships - We intend to create the environment to encourage more ‘bonafide residents’ to become members of SLRWA & thereby make it a more stronger & inclusive body.
  18. Parking - Regulate & Reserve parking spaces for SLRWA Members in keys areas like Vyapar Kendra
